Currently we’re rolling out Young Engineer Programme (YEP) where we offer fantastic opportunity to enthusiastic fresh graduate engineers to challenge yourself working in construction field with the right guidance and mentorship from our senior engineers and site managers.
Who are we
looking for?
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architecture/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar ones.
- Fresh graduate (Min GPA 3.0) and 1-2 years’ experience are welcome
- Willingness to challenge yourself working in construction field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work outside of Jabodetabek
- Good command in English
It would be advantageous
if you have:
- A CAD computing skill (e.g: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketch Up/ Revit/ else)
- Experience of using project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project/ Primavera)
- A track record of outstanding internship and co-curricular activities
