GFA: 24,700 m2
A contract to deliver building and utilities for extension of secondary processing and supporting buildings (Package 1) plus a new warehouse and supporting buildings (Package 2) in HM Sampoerna Karawang Plant, KIIC, West Java.
Decorient was appointed to deliver two packages of RRP Building Phase 4 project with total gross floor area of 24,700 sqm in an operating plant of 58 hectares land.
The design is developed by PT. Gistama for Civil Structure & Architectural and CV. Mitra Solusi Berkah for Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing while construction management consultant is PT. Turner & Townsend. Decorient will have design and build scope for several buildings such as canteen, multifunction hall, amenity building, and new entrance gate.
RRP Phase 4 Project will take approximately one year to complete with staggered partial taking over. As Main Contractor, Decorient’s scope of works will be Piling, Structural, Architectural, External and MEP works.
This is the second project awarded to Decorient in the span of a year by PT HM Sampoerna, Tbk (Philip Morris Indonesia).
