The total gross floor area of the building comprises 60,000 square meters for the seven floors high building (two levels of basement and five office floors). Besides offices the building will include facilities for its employees such as a beauty salon, spa and gym, a food court and a clinic.

Amarta, Unilever Indonesia New Headquarters at BSD City, Tangerang, Indonesia, has been provisionally awarded the BCA Green Mark GoldPlus from Singaporean Building and Construction Authority. The BCA Green Mark Scheme was launched in January 2005 as an initiative to drive Singapore’s construction industry towards more environment-friendly buildings.

As main contractor Decorient delivered the civil and structural works, several architectural packages, as well as the coordination of the façade, the fit-out and the mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.
