This ‘A’ class office tower is situated in the prime business district, the Golden Triangle of Jakarta.

The building consists of four stories basement for parking and 32 storeys for office space. Indonesian pharmaceutical Tempo Scan is the main occupant of the tower, with offices on several of its 32 storeys rented out to various tenants.

A special feature of the building is the pool on the 32nd floor – one of the highest pools, if not simply the highest, in all of Jakarta.

On a total gross area of approximately 70,000 square metres Decorient was responsible for the structural and architectural work, including the façade.
