This distinctive ‘A’-shaped building is part of the scenery enjoyed by the traffic on the busy Kuningan Avenue in the Golden Triangle, Jakarta’s central business district. Designed in the internationally renowned architectural studios of Denton Corker Marshall, Menara Palma has been described as a monument to the future.
This project comprised the construction of 29-storey office tower of 24,500 square metres, a three-level basement of 7,500 square metres and a ten-level car park building of 3,000 square metres including external works. Some of the essential amenities that are available on the two lower floors include several restaurants, a fitness centre, banks and retail shops.
