Construction of shopping mall, hotel façade and MEP works under basement slab. With the additional construction by Decorient of phase 5, the mall evolved from being a family mall to a sophisticated shopper’s haven catering to the most discerning consumer tastes.

Mall Kelapa Gading in the nort part of Jakarta had its beginnings in 1990 with total retail space of 32,000 square metres. The mall went through several extensions making it one of the largest shopping malls in Jakarta in 2003.

Scope of work

Turnkey construction of a four-storey shopping mall of 89,000 square metres, a two-storey parking building of 25,000 square metres and a 286 room eleven-storey hotel building of 7,500 square metres, including external work.
