Accomplishing a hotel and studio apartments with the nuance of Japanese style in Cikarang.

A contract to design and build the GTV Hotel in Cikarang, approximately fifty kilometres east of Jakarta, Indonesia.

The three-star-plus hotel features ten floors comprising approximately 100 guest rooms and 100 studio apartments. It includes a basement for utilities and car park, a ground floor with lobby, reception and office rooms, as well as an upper floor for restaurant, kitchen and fitness centre. The total building area comprises 12,000 m2.

Decorient’s scope of work includes the piling, the construction of the hotel’s structure as well as the façade and coordination of MEP and interior packages.
