Construction of structural works for luxurious shopping mall and condominium with 4 levels basement, 6 levels podium and 4 towers 17 levels each.

Structurally, the complex comprises a four-storey basement, a six-storey podium and four 17-storey towers, 109 metres in height and consisting of 23 floors. The podium houses a luxurious shopping mall. Three of the towers are condominiums with a total of 272 apartments, the fourth houses a five-star hotel operated by Grand Swiss-Bel International Hotel.

Scope of work

Structural work of 272 luxury apartments distributed over four towers of 17 storeys each, four levels of car park basement and six levels of shopping mall podium. The total floor area is 126,000 square metres.
