Half of their new 18-storey office tower, built by Decorient, is occupied by the Trakindo group, with holding company Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT) renting out the other half. In 2009, as a follow-up to this construction contract, TMT also awarded Decorient the contract to renovate their existing office building, which is situated next to the new tower.

Scope of work

The project comprised civil, structural, and architectural works and landscaping of the new office building and underground parking. Architectural activities included the curtain wall and aluminium composite cladding, plastering, marble floor, wall finishing, ceilings, as well as the installation of sanitary firings.

In the original design the building had 16 floors, with a typical floor-to-floor height of 410 centimetres. During the construction period the client added two more floors.
