The Summit apartment complex is situated on a 13,000 square metre site and comprises six towers, three of which are interconnected. Underneath the six towers are two levels of underground parking.

Facilities

On a total of 94,000 square metres of floor space the complex contains six different types of apartments varying in size from 83 to 212 square metres. Two of these types are loft-style apartments. Level one and two of the building contain facilities such as the main lobby, a library, a café, administrative offices, a gym and aerobics area, a large pool area with Jacuzzi and water features, changing rooms, and a children’s playground.

Construction

The scope of work included a reinforced in-situ concrete structure on piled foundations with shear walls, columns, and slabs. Precast elements were used for building end walls and staircases. The internal walls were built of lightweight concrete blocks.
