A contract to deliver new buildings of Summarecon Mall Bekasi 2 in Bekasi, West Java.

Decorient was awarded to deliver new Summarecon Mall Bekasi 2 next to Summarecon Mall Bekasi 1 above a 4 hectares site area.

The architectural design is developed by Cadiz International Middle East FZ LLC with PT. Anggara Architeam as the local architect. Decorient’s scope of works will be structural, architectural, and limited MEP works for four buildings i.e. Mall, Parking, F&B and Energy House Building with approx. 150,000 m2 total gross floor area.

There will be a sports center, swimming pool, spa and wellness facilities on the rooftop of the mall.

This will be the third project for Decorient from Summarecon Agung after construction of The Summit – Apartment and Mall Kelapa Gading 5 in the past.
