A contract to deliver the construction of ALBA New Plastics Recycling Factory in Kendal, Central Java for PT ALBA Tridi Plastics Indonesia.

Decorient was appointed by PT ALBA Tridi Plastics Indonesia (a subsidiary of ALBA Group Asia) to deliver their first recycling facility for food-grade PET plastics in Indonesia located in Kendal Industrial Park, Central Java. This project with a total gross floor area of 27.000 sqm consists of the Main process building, Storage, Office, Water treatment plant, and ancillary buildings to support the whole process of plastics recycling.

As the main contractor of this project, Decorient will deliver the construction of structural, architectural, and MEP scope of works with a total duration of 12 months. During the construction process, Decorient will be supervised by PT Meinhardt Indonesia which acts as the design and construction management consultant.

For this project, Decorient will use a PEB Steel Structure system which not only has high accuracy but also material optimization. From the Engineering side, the implementation of BIM will also help our team to collaborate between each discipline.
