Decorient was appointed as Main Contractor for Summarecon Mall Bekasi 2 after a tender process of approximately three months. This project will be Decorient’s first shopping mall project after IKEA Jakarta Garden City which was delivered in 2021.
The project comprises 4 buildings: Mall, Parking, F&B, and Energy House Building with 151,557 m2 total GFA area on a site area of 44.310 m2. On the Mall rooftop there will be sports center, swimming pool, and wellness facilities. The scope of works will be structural work, architectural work and coordination of Direct Contractors and Direct Suppliers. The project is located right next to the operating Summarecon Mall Bekasi 1.
This will be the third project of Summarecon Agung awarded to Decorient. In the past, Decorient delivered Mall Kelapa Gading Phase 5 and The Summit – Apartment, Kelapa Gading in 2005-2006 for the same client.
Daniel Aryanto will be the Project Manager for Summarecon Mall Bekasi 2. Project will commence in March 2024 and aim for completion in July 2025.
