Who are we
looking for?

  • Higher vocational education or B.Sc. level, M.Sc. preferred, Quantity Surveyor certification is an advantage.
  • 6 to 8 years practical experience in construction with responsibilities for site execution at engineer level, involvement in design & co-ordination thereof, inclusive methods, including application of HSE.
  • 6 years of practical experience in construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor in Western contracting environment (can be as an assistant to a responsible person), 2 years thereof as the responsible person.
  • Familiar using FIDIC suite of Contract (past experience in using FIDIC Yellow Book shall be more advantageous).
  • Have a good knowledge of construction law in general and of the applicable contract in particular.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Having good knowledge in construction planning.
