We are now looking for a Project Manager who would like to advance their career with a growing company.

Preferred 
Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Civil Engineering, Construction management, or similar ones.
  • Successful previous experience in the role of Project Manager with a minimum contract value of IDR 150 billion, for at least 5 years.
  • Having experience in managing Contractors in pre and post contract stages and managing tendering process will be preferred.
  • Proven commercial knowledge and full understanding of project control processes.
  • A demonstrable contractual understanding, particularly of FIDIC Red Book.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across all disciplines.
  • Great team player.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Open to be placed outside Java
