Preferred
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years practical experience in the field of estimating and a minimum of 3 years of construction experience.
  • In depth knowledge of multi-discipline estimating and construction methodologies and related field operations.
  • Knowledge of civil, marine, building projects, equipment and related issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across all disciplines.
  • Great team player.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
