We are now looking for a Engineering Manager who would like to advance their career with a growing company.
Preferred
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 8 years relevant experience, of which has been a minimum of 5 years on site
- Knowledge in the specific discipline of application- marine – mechanical – building – MEP
- Knowledge of Work Preparation Activities for project start up
- Knowledge of Engineering processes inclusive procurement, risk, change, issue management
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across all disciplines
- To support Tender- and Project Managers in the efficient resourcing of bids and projects
- To monitor design outputs ensuring that they conform with the specified requirements.
- Great team player
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Open to be placed outside Java
